Overall feedback: 9.9/10 (no 10/10’s in my book because there’s always room to improve) I’ve been nothing but impressed with your style of training and the energy and motivation you bring to our sessions. You always come fully prepared with a complete workout and you’re never coming up with the next set on the spot which I love. I appreciate the stretching before the workouts, I think that gets looked past a lot nowadays and I’ve seen huge improvements and in my lower spine pains as well as my flexibility. You always find little opportunities to motivate and encourage me in the gym as well as finding ways to relate it to real life opportunities to improve myself. You also have a really awesome gift as a trainer to identify the level of athlete you are working with and push them out of their comfort zone in the gym. I have to imagine a lot of trainers just try to push their client but don’t really out a gauge on what that clients specific athletic boundaries may be. You ask all the right questions leading into a training day, such as: how is your body feeling from last workout? Have you been working out in between? What have you been eating/drinking recently? etc. You compete with me in s lot of workout sets and that brings out a competitive edge that a lot of athletes lose after retiring from competitive sports. That’s been a really cool moment for me to bring back the competitive nature in myself. I’ve already seen some great results physically but like I’ve told you before, after the second week of results I couldn’t believe how much better I’ve been feeling in my overall health. More alert/awake during the day and a better appetite as well. All in all, I’ve received far more than what I’ve paid for in this process! Your prices are very fair and your service makes it a great deal. Keep doing all of these things above and you will carry this dream of yours to places you couldn’t imagine ✊🏻👏🏻
Constructive criticism: I really am trying to think of things I would want out of these sessions I’m not getting but I truly can’t. I asked for specific types of training sessions/methods and I’ve been getting exactly that. All I can try to help you with on that end is getting a higher quality camera set up! That’s not something mandatory at all but I have to imagine if some of the video clips you have of your promo videos of yourself on instagram were made during your workouts with the clients I think that would be really cool for both you and the client. The clients would love seeing themselves in those videos with you. Like I said, that’s not easy because it would probably take another person there in the gym with you getting these videos while we workout. But, I could see that being something that separates you from other fitness trainers. Those videos would have far more potential to reach a larger client audience if they’re a bit higher quality in resolution, sound, etc. not really a critique but more just an opportunity to maybe expand on. Maybe you could set up a deal with a video creator to come in for one maybe two sessions for each perspective client and create these video clips, you could adjust the cost it would take to have someone do that into the cost for the client to join with you. Then you could use those video clips and post those little clips you already got with the client on day one throughout the weeks, to go further you could even set it up where you have the person making the videos do a day 1 video vs. the last session video where you could see all the growth that happened during your time with the client. That may be a really cool way to show how much your future clients could grow if they sign up with you!
